The shaker-incubator, a very important piece of equipment for proteine expression hosts the chocells during transfection and cultivation. In our CHO 4Tx® protocol, developed by ExcellGene SA, we use two orbital shaker incubators with 50 mm shaking diameter.
One at 31°C and the second at 37°C.
