dostarlimab (Jemperli from GSK) is another of the numerous monoclonalantibodies produced by recombinant dna technology in mammalian Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells approved by the ema and the fda in 2021.
Jemperli is a cancer medicine for treating certain types of endometrialcancer (cancer of the womb) that are advanced or have come back and have got worse despite treatment involving a platinum-based cancer medicine. Jemperli received Priority Review designation and Breakthrough Therapy designation for this indication by the FDA.
